IEM (In ear monitor systems)

This system provides all the components for 4 IEM receivers, for either headphone monitoring, or to feed wireless speakers. It is a rack mounted system with 4 transmitters, an antenna distribution system, an aerial and cable, plus 4 receivers, operating on Channels 40-44. The rack includes a Thomann battery charger for rechargeable batteries (not included). Add 8 AA Duracell rechargeable batteries to this system, or 8 regular AA batteries. If you plan to use these for more than 2 weeks, rechargeable batteries work out cheaper and are better for the environment.

Aviom

Musician monitoring systems

The Aviom system makes foldback for musicians beautifully simple. The mixing desk sends up to 16 channels of audio to the A-Net converter card (typically an MY-card installed in a Yamaha mixing desk, DME, or MRX7-D expansion slot). A-Net Is Aviom’s proprietary digital audio networking protocol, transmitted on standard Cat5 cable. The Cat5 cable comes out of the A-Net card and goes to an A-16D Pro, which is a power supply and A-Net distributor to the A16 foldback panels. The A-16D Pro has 8 A-Net outputs on it. These can be cabled up with standard Cat5 cable to multiple A16II panels (the panels can also be daisy chained from each other). Each musician would have their own A16II control panel, where they can set the volume and panning for each of those 16 audio channels. They can create their preferred mix and save them into 1 of 16 presets, so they can have different mixes for each song. The A16 has a dedicated headphone output they can plug into, or it can work as a line-out to go to an amplifier, to an IEM transmitter, or to a set of self-powered speakers. The A16II control panels have a desk stand on the bottom that can also be mounted to to a mic stand. The headphone output is a 1/4” jack.

1 x AVIOM A-16D PRO power supply
7 x Aviom A-16II panel with mic stand mount
1 x Aviom A-16II panel - one button faulty
1 x Yamaha A-Net card for any Yamaha Rivage, QL, CL, 01v96, 02r96, DM, M7CL, LS9 mixer, or DME or MRX7D processor
